I began my journey in the restaurant industry in 2003 as a team member and later became an hourly manager. In November 2005, I joined Laird Management as an Hourly Manager at store #6046. I progressed to Restaurant Assistant Manager in 2006 and Restaurant General Manager of store #9367 in 2007. In 2008, I had the opportunity to open a new store (#3335). By 2010, I was overseeing stores #6046 and #20102 as a Multi-Unit Manager. 

In October 2015, I transitioned into the role of Director of Operations. During my time with Laird Management, I was honored to receive the "Manager of the Year" award in both 2011 and 2013. I have also completed BMT, Foundations, and CORE training through Burger King.
